Experience
Over the years during my career, I have
worked with companies and had to
handle various tasks. These includes
responding to customer enquiries and
resolving customer issues based on the
company policies and doing my best to
meet customer needs.
I have also been exposed to a number of
tools and softwares to streamline my
workflow as a Customer Service
Representative. Working with tools like
Freshdesk, Hubspot and Zendesk has
further helped me become more proficient
working remotely.
Here, I helped raised a Ticket for a Customer who had problems with
our product.
Hubspot is an all encompassing tool. It gives businesses ALL they need to
manage their customers and their business completely.
After my onboarding. I quickly created my profile on Freshdesk for easy identification and assigning of tasks.
Internal communication tools like Slack and Whatsapp also come in handy. This is to keep everyone in the team
up to date and no one is left behind.
Tools are essential to succeed
as a remote worker......
Other tools that have proved helpful to my workflow includes Zoom and
Google Meet for Scheduled meetings.
Google Suite And Microsoft Office tools for Spredsheets, Slide
presentations and Word documents.
I love new
