Step up to the light! We are all ‘a work in progress.’ We smile for the work it takes everyday to stay healthy. The way we look is the benefit, not the only goal. Steps are a process. The first one is the hardest, and none of them are easy. The light is at the top, but you can get there. And when you do, because of your hard work, you’ll start looking for the next one. ‘MORE’ is the mantra of a healthy self esteem. There is always MORE. MORE happiness. MORE smiles. MORE kindness. MORE love. MORE steps. More LIGHT! A great body is awesome! A beautiful smile is nice. So are the leggings, shoes, tanks, and supplements. But the point is YOU. Are you climbing the steps towards the light? Are you working on you for your own sake? Are you the best YOU you can be? It’s a process. We hope you’ll join us. We haven’t made it to the top yet either. There is always more! Who’s behind you? Is someone supporting your every step? Or better yet, are they taking every step with you? We are. She’s got my back and I’ve got hers. We workout together, but it’s so much more. We support each other. I encourage her and she encourages me. Sure in the photo she’s ‘behind’ me. But if you knew the truth I’d tell you she’s pushing me. And when she’s in front (which is more often than even she knows) she’s pulling me. I could never do this alone. Not the gym. Not the running. Not the diet regime. Not the early mornings. I need her support and I hope I’m providing the same for her. I’m trying. Are you?
