their enterprise, and they rally teams to work hard and deliver on them. These goals and

be profitable, to serve effectively, and to deliver successfully on its mission.
Now we can give some ideas to enrich their specific product sales to reach its goal:
Reinforce the sales representative.
Expand the sales to all the chain shops including the left 7 of Saimon Mart.
They are in the modern trading system, it’s time to consider the traditional trading
system because they are working in the market like Bangladesh. And roll for the next
level market of online.
They should make a distribution unit so that they can mobilize the distribution system
all over the country.
They could make an additional warehouse somewhere south in the country. This will
be a added advancement of timely delivering products.
They have to consider the buying capacity of the retailers and their indirect
distribution channel. Also they should consider the value the product should be for the
end customer.
And above all they have to meet their target in time (6-12 month).

Sales planning: As the market is currently running in modern trading system. In sales
planning we will get through both modern and traditional trading system as well as online
markets.
Modern Market:
1. Currently they are operating in the saimon mart but only in 23 shops they have to
expand the product in all the brunches.
2. They have to approach all the chain shops and retail markets.
3. Understand the modern treading business and do whatever needed.
Traditional Market:
1. In Bangladesh every opportunity of sales come from the traditional market because of
its deepness and expenditure.
2. Enforce the traditional market with the sales personals of the company, to have a vast
sale.
Online Market
Today’s time is the best time to connect with online market. There are many online shops
which we could approach for market expand.
There should be a vast marketing plan for the companies we will sell our product and for end
users.
Sales Pitch: In selling technique, a sales presentation or sales pitch is a line of talk that
attempts to persuade someone or something. We could do 2 types of pitching .one for the
primary client and end users.
Primary Client: These are the people/organizations to whom we will sell our product
primarily (agora, meenabazzar, daraz.com, local market, etc.).The product have to
create a value to these markets. In there we have to plan about promotional
campaigns, distributions strategy, wasted and spoiled products.
End Client: These people are actually buying and using the product. So there should
be a huge promotional campaign and marketing advancement so that people actually
buy the product. The no competitor situation gives a huge benefit to this. They just
have to prove there product is the best in the market.
Communication: The Company as well as the product have to deal with angry or unhappy
clients as part of our roles, and it's never easy. But if we know what to say and more
importantly, how to say it, we may be able to save the situation. In fact, we can even end up

information from Bangladesh, and the company for business expansion we could reach the
