For this project, I used HubSpot and Salesforce to create a simple lead
tracking system. In HubSpot, I learned how to build a form to collect
customer details like name, email, and phone number, then send a
follow-up email to thank them. After that I exported the leads and
imported them into salesforce to organize them into stages like New
Leads, Contacted, and Interested.
This project helped me understand how businesses keep track of
people who show interest in their products and how follow-ups help
build good relationships with customers. It also showed me how CRM
like HubSpot and Salesforce make work easier and more organized.
