In this raw data setup, I have implemented a formula that automatically populates the date and Employee ID
(EID) once a user enters their name. Additionally, a tick box serves as a timestamp and calculates the duration
once the task is completed. This raw data entry is crucial for linking to the dashboard, ensuring accurate and
insightful reporting.
This Dashboard Headcount project allocation is an essential tool for monitoring attendance and project tasks. It

with the use of conditional formatting, it clearly highlights weekends and holidays, ensuring you stay organized and

This consolidated tracker for project attendance provides valuable insights at a glance. As shown in the previous
slide, the connection to a clear bar chart enhances readability. On the right, the dropdown menu allows you to select
the date, giving you access to the monthly-to-date (MTD) headcount. It effectively highlights both the expected and
actual attendance, along with the overall attendance percentage, making it an essential tool for tracking performance
and fostering accountability.
This Google Sheet Dashboard is your essential end-of-day report, providing valuable insight into key performance
indicators (KPIs). Within this dashboard, you’ll find the date, shift timings, project assignments, and a clear view of both
pending and completed progress. It also reveals the actual headcount present, highlighting significant achievements
and areas for improvement. With the included productivity chart, monitoring performance has never been easier or
more efficient!
