H ow to make design CREATE & POST Make a DESIGN CANVA TOOLS Create a Canva Account: Step 1 Step 2 Go to the Canva website (www.canva.com) Click "Sign up" or "Log in" if you already have an account Follow the prompts to create an account or log in using your preferred social media profile or email Choose a Design Type: Once logged in, select the type of design you want to create (e.g. presentation, social media post, flyer, etc.) Choose a Template: Step 3 Select a template that fits the design type and style you want to create. Customize the Design: Step 4 Once you have chosen a template, start customizing it by adding your own text, images, colors, and fonts Use the toolbar on the left side of the screen to add elements, backgrounds, and text to your design Click on an element to resize, move, or edit it Use the top toolbar to change fonts, colors, and other design elements Add Your Own Images: Step 5 If you have your own images to use in your design, click on "Uploads" in the toolbar to upload them Once uploaded, drag and drop your images onto the canvas Save and Download Your Design: Step 6 Once your design is complete, click "Download" in the top right corner of the screen Select the format you want to download your design in (e.g. JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.) Choose the size and quality of the download Click "Download" to save your design to your computer Share Your Design: Step 7 You can also share your design directly from Canva by clicking "Share" in the top right corner of the screen Choose the sharing option you prefer (e.g. email, social media, or link sharing) Follow the prompts to share your design with others How to CREATE & POST TOOLS Facebook Log in to Your Facebook Account: Step 1 Go to Facebook's homepage (www.facebook.com) Enter your email or phone number and password to log in to your account Go to Your Facebook Page: Step 2 Click on the Facebook page you want to post the design or image to If you're an admin of the page, you'll be able to access the page's dashboard Create a New Post: Step 3 Click on the "Create Post" button at the top of the page Choose the type of post you want to create (e.g. photo, video, text, etc.) Upload the Design or Image: Step 4 If you want to post a design or image, click on the "Photo/Video" option Choose the file you want to upload by clicking "Upload Photo/Video" Once the file is uploaded, you can choose to add a caption to the post Publish Your Post: Step 5 Once you've added your design or image and caption, you can choose to publish your post immediately or schedule it for a later time To publish your post immediately, click on the "Publish" button To schedule your post, click on the arrow next to "Publish" and select the date and time you want the post to be published Monitor Your Post: Step 6 After you've posted your design or image, you can monitor the post's engagement by checking the comments, likes, and shares You can also respond to comments or messages related to the post
