Bliss - dermal fillers
BLISS
ARE YOU DREAMING OF GETTING OLD WITHOUT AGING? YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE.
What is Bliss?
Bliss is injectable rejuvenating dermal filler made of Hyaluronic acid, an advanced and natural ingredient. Thanks to the properties of this dermal filler, it is exceptionally adjustable to the facial tissue, and gives remarkable results.
Bliss can soften the facial lines, restores volume to the lower face and improves the lip.
What is the hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a nonsulfated glycosaminoglycan found in our tissues, mainly in the epithelial, connective and neural tissue. It is produced naturally by our body. An average person has around 15 grams of hyaluronic acid in its body.
For other, industrial purposes it is produced via microbial fermentation with Streptococcus species used as the main producer.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) it is evaluated as the best candidate for dermal fillers because of its biodegradability, and the results can last up to a year or more.
How is the Bliss product manufactured?
Bliss products are manufactured with the usage of the patented Dynamic Cross-Linking Technology.
At the beginning, the HA is having its original structure. It contains a proprietary mixture of low and high molecular weight HA with a majority of low molecular weight HA. The addition of BDDE reacts with these HA chains and this results in cross-linking to stabilize the hyaluronic acid. This produces a cross-linked gel in which the low and the high molecular weight chains are densely packed. This advanced in science gives the opportunity to expanse the gel and each product to be uniquely customized for its different purposed depending on the range of the filler.
Bliss comes up with three products:
Product

How does the Bliss dermal filler works?
Our skin is composed of three layers: epidermis (the outer layer), dermis (the medium layer) and subcutis (the inner layer).
In the Dermis, Extracellular Matrix (ECM) is found. The ECM gives to the skin its elasticity and tensile strength. The Extracellular Matrix is composed of proteins and fibers, which are mainly produced by fibroblast.
The most abundant component in the ECM is the collagen, protein that ensures the structural unity of the skin.
Fibroblasts expose through the collagen network and the resulting mechanical tension regulates collagen synthesis.
During the aging process, the collagen fibers deteriorate and fragmented collagen concentrates. As a result, the mechanical tension decreases and fibroblast activates impaired leading to decreased collagen production and an increase in collagen degrading enzymes. This reduces skin integrity and promotes the cycle of structural loss.
The Bliss Gel is injected directly into the deep dermis, where it shows a quick filling effect and corrects the localized loss of volume.
The microspheres are used as a platform. They promote fibroblast activity and help to trigger the collagen neogenesis. The collagen network that is newly produced strengthens the tissue connectivity in the dermis and the gel starts to degrade. The gel regenerates the fibroblast collagen network and additionally stimulates the elastin production.
With this, the skin regains its structural support and elasticity with skin quality improving evidently.
