Overall Project
1.1 Initiating

1.1.3 Signatures on Required Contracts
Prepare the statement of work, cost estimate and other important baseline documentation.
Communication with project stakeholders. It includes meetings, reports, discussions, and other convenient
ways of non-scheduled communication
All contracts and agreements must be approved beforehand by the project managers and leaders involved.
These must be completed
in order to begin into the
next phase.
1.2 Planning
1.2.1 Create project scope
A scope management plan will be created listing the project's details.
Scope must be created
taking in account the
company's requirements.
1.2.2 Determine Project Team
Choose and establish the project's main members and personnel.
1.2.3 Develop Project Plan
A project plan will be created listing the project's details such as risk management, cost management,
procurement plans, etc.
1.2.4 Submit Project Plan
The project plan has to be submitted to the executive team working for the project. It includes the main
investors and project managers, along with the leaders of the respective companies.
1.2.5 Approval of Project
Activities related to the approval of the plans previously mentioned.
The team participating will
have the neccesary skills for
the tasks needed in the
`project.
Cost of project cannot
exceed a total of
US$750,000.
Some costs related to
Wilmont's Pharmacy are
excluded.
Project must be approved
in order to begin.
Since the project works as a
pilot, aftermath of its results
is not conceived on the
proposal.
1.2.6 Systems Design
It includes the analysis of requirements and creation of proposals related to the reestructuring of customer
interfaces and drone systems/operations.
1.3 Development
1.3.1 Creation of interface for communication.
1.3.2 Creation of interface for online order entry
1.3.3 Creation of interface for flight operating
1.3.4 Creation of Information Security technologies and procedures
1.3.5 Creation of delivery special packages
1.3.6 Installation of delivery systems.
1.3.7 Verification of requirements.
It includes activities related to the construction of the communications systems and channels.
It includes activities related to the construction of the online order methodology for the client, via restructuring of the already available systems.
It includes activities related to the establishment of the flight operations.
It includes the activities related to the security of the information systems involved in the processes
required.
It includes the activities related to the creation of the cushioning and temperature packages required for
certain deliverables from the pharmacies.
It includes activities related to the installation of the special packages on the drone systems.
It includes activities related to the verification of the established requirements by Wilmont's Pharmacy.

It includes activities related to training/learning process for both pharmacy leaders and clients.

The client has to be able to
choose if he/she wants its
goodies to be delivered by
a drone. The management
has to be able to give its
approval.
