Response: FEMINIST Theory from Margin to Center The “Feminist theory from margin to center” has been written by “Bell Hooks”. This theory supports the equality of men and women while according to US system which means anything you like. Most of the people in US consider the feminism as “women’s lib” that means women has equal social rights as compared to the men But women who are not white & poor, they don’t have liberation of their rights with men as they are reminded in everyday lives that they have no social equal status. I found this story is basically on women rights, Both male & female who consider themselves as feminist may disagree on many things but Most of the feminist agree on some basic rules, like Working to increase equality: We should push about gender equalities not just talk about it, Expanding human choice: means whatever she want to opt she has full rights to opt that field,Eliminate the gender stratification: feminist oppose the laws and cultural that restrict the opportunities of getting good income & education for women,Ending sexual violence & Raise sexual Freedom: Feminist seems that women should have control over their sexuality and reproduction. This theory based on types of feminism i.e liberal feminism, socialistic feminism and radical feminism. A law has been passed in US constitution that “Equal Rights Amendment in 1972” that women has liberty of their rights equal to men. Karl Marx evolved the concept of social feminist that women should stay at home and men will do a job which shows inequality. When I said, “I advocate” the feminism, than question arise in my mind that what is feminism? It means choice has been made that “act of feminism is will”. And Bourgeois white woman have defined feminism in such a way that black women had no real significance and there is no need to contribute in developing theory. I found that black woman is more interesting in feminist act that raise a point ; whether black is more important than a woman which shows that feminist struggle is more important to end the sex oppressions , racisms and vice versa. Most of the people thoughts in terms of opposition rather than compatibility. After Defining feministic theory , plays a very crucial role to end the sexiest oppressions for the development of this theory as owing to the fact that is has initial role which specify the tendency to investigate& analyze. I am going to summarize this work as by the sense we may be the last generation of this era , we are in vast minority while vast majority people are having temporary equilibrium of our society. In recommending the social goals and values of our society , we are well familiar of entering the sphere of some disrepute, we have no sure formulas or theories but that does not mean , we are beyond the discussion and tentative determination. A 1st task of any social activity is to convince the people to be familiar for orienting the theories and creation of human values i.e complex but having a lot of worth. We must eradicate the power rooted system from our society. We must seek the establishment of democracy of individual participant governed by two main aims: that in social decisions, individual must share the quality and direction of his life and organized a society in such a way to encourage the independence in men and media for their common participation. This all done by political life which plays a vital role in feministic theory i.e an art of collectively creating an acceptable pattern of social relations.
