STEP 1
SELF-RECOGNITION
Brevity on this topic might be a bull eye rather than a lenghty one; to protect the quality and hit
the message point on.
Linguistically, recognition can be regarded as acceptance of validity. This implies knowing well
what it is. Being aware of the observable.
Self-recognition can thus be referred as the state of understanding oneself and accepting the
validity of one's current status. Deeming what lags and what is apparent as abundance. A trigger
of the time bomb for an explosion in character.
Let us take a simple ample sip. Simplicity is the key; they say.
Understanding the self in you is a great deal with your being. A great favour which counts in those
ascribing worthy of value, making man wandered in his realm for a quest of a missing, or hidden,
treasure.
This enables an individual to be wary of what is missing and needed in them. A need to know the
missing recipe of a delicacy.
In so doing, a dire need arises for an incorporation of the missing lamb, so the flock may flourish.
This presents an individual to understand his need to acquire the needful as per learning. There's
no acquisition except with learning.
A step towards self-development.

STEP 2
SELF-RECOMMENDATION
The truth of ages, an emblem of the sage. Thus, every man knows that which he wants. A resonancy
through historical times to this day and after. Invaluable saying worthy of a greater stone to
diamond, if there is.
Obviously, there's no falsity in the statement. Only a man betraying his soul, with deceit, will argue
otherwise.
Self-recommendation comes with great task. A scrutinizing process to avoid erring because it
might take a lifetime to rectify. A decision with its responsibility and aftermath.
In this process, an individual decides what should be absorbed and from whom. Necessarily, it
may come from one within his niche, a far individual or words penned. Despite, it is a sip from a
fountain. Some might take a mouthful, individually dependently.
In this, such individual is ready to accept every word without argument. Likewise, he is ready to
put them into action.
The only point where there's submission to what may be regarded as the knowledge of the other.
Yet, wisdom is required in absorption. A great course.
Be wise in whom you take as mentors. Mentorship comes with great price, both on the mentor and
mentee's sides.

STEP 3
A NEWLING
Shall I leave to you a quest, lexicon search for a grasp? Rather, an explicit explanation, as regards
this piece, will be made.
Newling.
A single, simple word very difficult to become in actions. Only a few can do that; provided they
stopped being egoistic. Becoming a newling is a sign of readiness to learn. A large window of
opportunity for individuals in its action.
Difficult as it seems, it deems the easiest too upon understanding what may be of value. A
psychological warfare.
Becoming a newling is subscribing yourself to the mindset of not knowing and wanting to learn.
You register into your subconscious mind that you don't know but eager to learn. Apparently, you
know but you are only preventing your known(s) from conflicting what may be taught. A
segregation process, yet a great favour in the course of learning.
Involving in this creates path to the hidden treasure of knowledge. Allowing an individual to amass
greatly, consciously unaware.
The only recipe that makes the baker wants to add more flavour for a great taste, until it seems
satisfiable.
For a man who knows not, admits not knowing and ready to know is on an adventure to the
undiscovered other world.

STEP 4
PRACTISING SCHOOL
Wisely said, "Practice makes perfection...” A half quote? Yes. A need for the other on another
good day. Just take a chill pill.
Quantitatively, there are more of those holding unto their knowledge than those practising same
teachings.
Obviously, those with the practice get to be the better. This occurs because they fear not to err in
their dealings of the acquired knowledge. They comprehend that there's a need to err and take
wisdom in it rather than being engulfed by the fear of doings and being stagnant, as ever.
The fear, of what may, causes many to shy away from practicing their knowledge. Despite, some
shun sayings from the society as to practicing.
The succession of the practising and non-practising is obviously gappy.
Wisdom of which the practising err, learn and grow is beyond the acquired and expected.
No value is placed on a knowledge concealed and not exhibited in actions. Some argued it is an
act of deceit, others said it is cowardice.
Either, the best of knowledge are those in actions because they leave rooms for growth.
Don't just acquire knowledge but practice your lessons.

STEP 5
DISCIPLINE
"...consistency makes expertise". Yes, the completing part. Now, you can send the pill down the
muscular tube accompanied with a gulp of saliva. No! Water, I meant to say.
Dreams are realized not occasionally but on continuous dealings. Often, people wane in actions as
time dues, thinking they have attained the zenith of what seems succession to them. Yet, they are
ignorant of their excellence in the know-how if it is continuously done.
Continuous practice is what unveils the pros and cons of dealings in actions, appraising the
expertise of an individual.
This, can not be achieved except with a disciplined mind. The mind that sleeps late and wakes
early, plans when others party, sitting when not comfortable, walk when a nap can make a do. A
mind that decides to shun distractions coming as merriment for a greater achievable feat. Doing
the necessities when due, having the luxury at appropriate moment.
The qualities of a disciplined mind.
Often, a disciplined mind escapes from its comfort zone and do what's necessary, having a fixed
gaze on the greater feat ahead.
The only regimen to birthing consistency.

STEP 6
SELF-EVALUATION
Linguist will argue that evaluation depicts examining or assessing a body, be it an organization, a
company, a group, paperworks, amongst others.
One last ingredient completing the delicacy.
In my opinion, it is regarded as a measure to self-development. A graph plotting growth. The
process enabling retrospect.
Of the process is self-evaluation which can be regarded as self-check. At a point, this is required
to be carried out to be wary of any growth on someone's embarkment of self-development.
This is done by a pause and reflect action course. An individual will call for an inner peace and
reflect on his quest thus far. Hence, deductions will be made for possible growths in personality.
A great course that requires utmost sincerity with thyself.
With this, an individual will understand for reasons he needs to do more and make adjustments
where deemed necessary.
