LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER - RICHMOND EKE
Over the past two years (2017 till date), The entire Core team has been working tirelessy behind the scene creating our blueprint, testing our concepts
and laying the framework.
We have now gracefully evolved into a social enterprise with a simple mission: "...to develop products, forge partnerships and connect capital to create
positive social change."
This mission will drive the next 5 years of our journey and we are now set to launch our first fund targeted at investing in companies solving the
challenges we are focused on.
In order to help you understand what we do better, we prepared this document. Enclosed, you will find information about our mode of operation, our
strategy, current challenges, current opportunities and our roadmap. Please reach out to me if you have any questions:
I believe that with your hand in partnership, we will be able to achieve significant growth and impact in no time.
Thank you and Welcome to Core.
We support the people and
businesses at the forefront of
solving some of the world's

Investment Strategy
The investment strategy of the funds is to gain exposure to high quality capital-efficient startups that have
been selected and screened seed through series c stages
The Fund is targeting an annualised return of >20% over 7-10 years by deploying the substantial
experience of its own investment management team, combined with Core Advisors, in making, building and
realising seed through series c investments.
The funds will capitalize on Core’s opportunity funnel, screening and selection process, mentorship and
business growth program to access high growth potential early stage investment opportunities.
Once invested, the Fund will benefit from the active mentoring given to the investees by the Core
Accelerator mentors as well as the monitoring and strategic assistance of follow on angel and/or early stage
VC investors.
The investment Manager, mentor and follow-on investors will collaborate to identify suitable growth
strategies and exit opportunities, and will use their extensive collective investment community networks to
facilitate exits.
Exit Strategy
We target a long term position in our portfolio holdings - The fund targets growing the companies to IPO
stage in 5-7 years.
We will also utilize a unique model called a 'virtual merger' to 3x the size of each portfolio company within
the investment period.
We will also focus on integrating 'unicorns' through partnerships with corporates and multinationals.
We will retain the option to pursue 10%
Market Share in region or Industry.
This guides our investment checks. We
only focus on companies and solutions
that fit these criteria.
