Dear Sir,
With reference to our discussion on October 14, 2012 with Mr. Ahmed Asiri, this is to confirm and follow
up with you the following items which are required for our office. Please provide accomplishment dates
for each item.
1. YERP Office Door & Door Access Cards – All three office doors shall be fixed and you will
provide Door Access Cards, reserved for our 3 visitors and 2 for our employees.
2. Scanners and Printers – As requested by our IT Group, you will provide us printers and
scanners for our office.
3. Carpet installation – it was confirmed that changing the carpet for our office will be done on
Tuesday, October 16, 2012.
4. Air conditioning units – there will be regular maintenance of A/C units and you have
committed to fix some A/C units which are not functioning well.
5. Office and Bathrooms maintenance – there will be hourly cleaning of bathrooms and
offices.
6. Cleaning of Office Glass Panels – Cleaning the glass panels inside and outside of our offices.
7. Signs on Parking Area – improvement of the signs & security system in the parking area
specifically providing additional security people to oversee proper parking space utilization
for YERP staff.
8. Kitchen/Pantry Items – items such as coffee, tea, milk, drinking water and other required
pantry items will be provided to our office.
9. Office Refreshments – Refreshments for Doha office will be provided on a daily basis by
AMCDE such as fruit juice, fruits, snacks and other refreshments.
10. Indoor Plants – AMCDE will provide our office with indoor ornamental plants.
