Developing the GPKI system application; b. Providing the hardware token or softcert; c. Integrating the GPKI with other government application; d. Provide Change Management – Workshop, Seminar and Training Proton Project Customer: Proton Tanjung Malim Value: RM1.4 Mil 3 - IT Infrastructure set-up for Proton Tanjung Malim Plant to accommodate new Proton Model production line (X50 and X70) - Deliverables: a. Supply and Install hardware for server room (Routers, Firewalls, Fibres etc) b. Backbone and fibre cable laying and termination work c. Conduct UAT and commissioning 4 MyGovEA Enterprise Architecture (EA) Project July 2016 September 2017 January 2015 January 2016 March 2011 December 2014 Customer: MAMPU (Government) Value: RM6 Mil. 5 - Business IT security project to provide analysis, design, planning and implementation. - Purpose: develop EA Framework within the government IT Business Process - Deliverables: a. Planning and Developing the MyGovEA roadmap and framework; b. Implementing the MyGovEA into government ministries and agencies Business Process; c. Provide Change Management – Workshop, Seminar and Training IBM IGA Project Customer: IBM IGA 6 - Infra project: Relocation of existing IBM data center in Ehningen, Germany to Porstmouth, UK. - Deliverables: a. Project managed the relocation of equipment (Servers, Routers/switches etc) from existing data center to new location; b. Project managed the delivery of equipment to new data center (Logistic management); c. Supply and install refurbished / new equipment and fibers at new data center; d. Testing and commissioning of equipment at new data center.
