Hey team, So, this year I made a commitment to being a better communicator. So, every week I will give you a guide on what templates to send to which groups and when to send them. For this week I want us to focus hard on the following: Throughout the day I need for 2 people to send out the Variant and CH Robinson Tour to all the leads labeled NEW #(Example of leads in zipwhip shown from the screenshot below). I believe we have over 180 groups that are labeled this in Zipwhip. Since there’s so many leads, I will have 2 of you guys tackle this. These are the leads in Zipwhip: I will need another VA to send out the following templates in this order please. 1. OTR West Bay & Bay MN & WI to all leads labeled MN & WI 2. Regional Sharkey IL HOME WEEKENDS to all leads labeled IL 3. Kansas Regional Bay & Bay Home Weekly to all leads labeled KS 4. Home Weekly Sharkey MO to all leads labeled MO We still need to try and focus on all the incoming leads from yahoo, but sending these templates are going to be priority this week. If you guys have any questions please let me know. Whenever you are done sending these leads out please help the other 2 Tier 1 members send out the Variant and CH Robinson templates.
