Campaign 1: Lucky Shopping Race
Campaign Description :
In lieu of New Year 2014 and CNY, it is a good time to test your luck.
Therefore, it will be a good time for fans to test their luck and win
great prizes. Lucky shopping race is a campaign that allows fans to
be chosen by lucky dips where they will get a chance to be a part of
the shopping race. In order to join the lucky dip, fans are required to
spend a minimum of RM100 in a single receipt, register with our
campaign tab and only then the lucky customers will get invited to
join a 5 minutes shopping race and get to win big prizes.
Objective :

•To increase Facebook fans number
Campaign 1: Lucky Shopping Race
How does it work?
• A tab will be designed to explain about the contest and the terms
and conditions.
• Fans need to spend a minimum of RM100 in a single receipt,
redeem a scratch card from AEONBiG hypermarket customer
service and scratch to get the code number. TWITTERJAYA will
generate the code and AEONBiG have to print the code.
• Next, fans are required to log in into their Facebook account, “Like”
MYAEONBiG FB page(for those not our fans yet) and register their
personal details with their favorite AEON BiG stores, key-in the code
number, fill up a survey about their spending behavior at the stores
and tell us why they want to be a part of the shopping race.
Campaign 1: Lucky Shopping Race
How does it work?
• Fans also need to tell us “If you are chosen by us for the race,
which stores you would like go?”. This shopping race will be held in
5 stores only, probably 3 in Klang Valley, 1 in Johor and 1 in
Penang. Each store will have 20 pairs of participants
• Then we will shortlist the participants with the stores they have
chosen and announce the lucky number and winner with the most
creative answer.
• Once the lucky winner is announced, he/she will be able to bring
one friend or family member to join the shopping race. The race
requires the fans to grab 20 selected items into the shopping
trolley within 5 minutes at selected stores. Every pair will get a
prize(s) but the fastest to complete will win bigger prize(s).

Campaign Description :
This is a Facebook photo voting contest. Fans are required to submit
a photo with the theme of “AEON BIG family” in a creative way with
an AEON BiG merchandise and tell us “Why AEONBiG is your family
favorite Hypermarket?”. Then fans have to vote their favorite photo
and the 3 x highest voted photo can be the winner of the contest.
Judges will decide on the top 3 photos for the contest. Votes will
only assist judges in making the final decision.
Objective :
• Create brand awareness
• To increase Facebook fans number
Campaign 2 : MYAEONBiG Family
How does it work?
• A Facebook tab will be created for the campaign, explaining
the contest’s details and terms & conditions.
• Fans have to submit a picture with the theme of “AEON BiG
family” with an AEON BiG merchandize, eg : plastic bag, car
sticker, AEON BiG badge and more.
• Submission lasts for three weeks and one week for voting period.
Fans will be able to vote for their favorite entries on FB tab.
• Fans can submit multiple entries but no duplicate winner allowed.
To determine the winners, judges will be assisted by votes.

Campaign Description :
I’m a Big spender is a 3 months campaign to reward loyal customer
and is back-dated to the Raya period. With this contest, it can help us
find the most loyal customer and reward them with our Gift Card. The
customer who spends the most monthly will be rewarded with a
mystery gift worth RM2,000 and a Gift card worth RM1,000.
Objective:
• Create brand awareness
• Increase brand and product visibility
• Increase fans for MYAEONBiG Facebook
Campaign 3 : I’m a Big Spender!
How does it work?
• A campaign tab and a computer system will be created for AEON BiG
throughout the campaign’s period. The campaign tab will show the
ranking of the month and allows fans to check their points in order to
beat the top spender. At the same time, the system could also be
used by AEON BiG to store customer’s data and points.
• Customer have to take the receipt and go to customer service or a
specific location where AEON BiG staff will key-in the details into the
system, the details as per below:
1. Name ( connect to FB account) / register with IC
2. Contact details
3. Outlet
4. Date
5. Receipt code
6. Total amount purchased

How does it work?
• Before AEON BiG staff can key-in any points, customers have to
use the system to register with the campaign using their
Facebook ID and “Like” our Facebook page (if they are not
MYAEONBiG fans yet). If customers do not have Facebook
account, they are also welcomed to join our contest and register
as a campaign participant.
• Once the points are keyed-in, staffs will stamp on the receipt in
order to avoid any misunderstanding.
• Participants are allowed to check their points at the Facebook
campaign tab. Besides, they can view the top ranking spenders so
that they can beat them for the winner of the month(s).
Campaign 3 : I’m a Big Spender!
How does it work?
• For those who don’t have Facebook account, they can do the
registration with their IC and they can check the point from
AEONBiG website.
• During the monthly campaign period, fans are allowed to submit
unlimited receipts but there is no duplicate winner allowed during
the campaign.
