This is a brief summary of the one of SEO problem that I have solved
over recent time and the tools I used in solving them.
Client: The client what to known the keyword that is generating leads
for is website and what to improve is ranking and increase is organic
traffic on google; it is an argo-website that is based in California
Step 1: I identify is Domain authority and then carry out Keyword
research using MOZ SEO Checker.

I also make use of ahfres keyword generator to generated keyword that
should be added to the meta-title and the site blog page. These keywords
contain long tail keyword and body keyword guided by head teams
StepII: In other to improve the ranking and increase it oragnic traffic, I
check the On-site SEO and the Techinical SEO of the website.
On-Site SEO, I start by looking at the H1,H2 and H3 tags then use Moz
Title page preview and Screaming Frog to check the Title Tag if it is not
more than 60 characters and if it contain our primary keywords.

Using SEOmofo and Screaming frog to known the meta- description is
not more than 155-160 characters and it does not contain alphanumerical
character.

Moving on to run Technical SEO for the website by checking the
Reborts.txt, Redirect code(301 &302), Protocols(http &https)

canonicalization, Structural test, sitemap using Screaming frog and site
speed using Page insight.

I used GTmetrix to get the overall performance of the website

After running a doing my keyword research, On-site SEO and Technical
SEO , I recommend some action plan and I work closely with the
website design, website developer and content creator.
Some of my Action plans are:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
- Utilizing keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner,
SEMrush, or Ahrefs, I was able to identify relevant keywords and
phrases related to my business niche.
- I targeted high-volume keywords with low competition to maximize
my website's visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Considering user intent and long-tail keywords, I was able to capture
specific search queries and drive qualified traffic to my website.

2. On-Page Optimization:
- I implemented target keywords strategically in key on-page elements,
including:
- H1 tags: I included primary keywords in H1 tags to signal the main
topic of each webpage to search engines.
- H2 tags: I used H2 tags to structure content and highlight subtopics,
incorporating relevant keywords where appropriate.
- Meta tags: I optimized title tags and meta descriptions with
compelling, keyword-rich content to improve click-through rates in
SERPs.
- Image alt attributes: I described images using descriptive alt text
containing relevant keywords to enhance accessibility and SEO.
3. Robots.txt and Redirects:
- I created and optimized the robots.txt file to control search engine
crawlers' access to specific areas of my website, ensuring that important
pages were indexed while excluding irrelevant or sensitive content.
- I implemented 301 redirects for any outdated or broken URLs to
redirect users and search engines to relevant, up-to-date content,
preserving link equity and maintaining website authority.
4. Structured Data Markup:
- I utilized structured data markup (schema.org) to provide search
engines with additional context about my content, enhancing visibility in
rich snippets, knowledge panels, and other SERP features.
- I marked up important information such as product details, business
hours, reviews, events, and FAQs to improve the display of search
results and increase click-through rates.

- I optimized website loading speed to improve user experience and
search engine rankings.
- I compressed images, minified CSS and JavaScript files, and
leveraged browser caching to reduce page load times.
- Using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix, I identified

6. Sitemap Creation and Submission:
- I generated XML sitemaps to provide search engines with a
comprehensive overview of my website's structure and content.
- I submitted XML sitemaps to search engine webmaster tools (e.g.,
Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools) to facilitate crawling
and indexing of my website's pages, ensuring they were accurately
represented in search results.
