Executive Summary
In this project, we must collaborate as a group and aid the leaders of the group to accomplish the goal of the group. When interacting as a team, there will still be certain conflicts and challenges, we will try to solve the issues with the best interest of the group. There will be good communication between the leaders of the community to function as a team.
Now they're going to work well. The representatives of the team may be given a role that should be carried out in a timeframe that should be checked in compliance with the success schedule. After testing, we should be able to recognize who is competent and who is unskilled, and we can make the required adjustments to improve the productivity of the project, and the job will be completed on schedule.
The goal can be completed because all the leaders of the community have been consistently involved in the collective activity and supporting each other. The representatives of the company will seek to address the issue on their own without any intervention of the management. The community leader will inspire the leaders and support them when another individual is needed to do so.

1. I have duly reviewed the Apparel Brands Pty Ltd from Appendix 1. Apparel Brands Pty Ltd is a rather old commercial enterprise from 1901, specializing in the sale of clothes and footwear. The analysis of the company's employee knowledge requires primarily, a fashion trend claiming that they accept requests directly from customers and send them back to consumers with their directions and correct personalization. The team consists of three members whose names are Manpreet, Jonas and Charles.
