Mind mapping
An important stage was the mind mapping process to generate words and ideas that could
represent our mascot.
Sketching
This is when I transformed all my ideas from all the previously gained insights process into
sketches.
The process of finding the right vision was long and exciting. We had brainstorm
collaborations and co-working sessions with the design team and the product owner
at every stage, so in the end we came to a very accurate visual representation of the
company.
A wise mentor
The first attempt was to use the image of a mentor or a sage who is ready to explain any
incomprehensible information to the user with a kind smile and gently direct him in the
right direction. First, we thought about animals and fantastic creatures.
