Treatment for drug abuse typically involves a combination of medical and behavioural interventions,
such as detoxification, love, medication assisted therapy, and counselling. It is important to seek help
for drug abuse as soon as possible, as the earlier the intervention, the more likely the person is to
have a successful outcome and live a normal live.
