I am seeking new employment, preferably in the area of personnel and/or service management and
administration, an area in which I have more than ten years of experience (I am also available for different roles).
I hereby give a brief presentation of my experience.
My professional background begins in my family's employment consulting firm, where for years I was fully
involved in personnel administration.
Later I held management positions in several Assisted Living Residences and at a public economic entity in
Rovereto: at these entities I was mainly involved in reorganization of services offered, personnel management
and public relations.
In the exercise of my profession I manage staff relations, institutional and union relations, promoting culture,
corporate image and cooperative relations in the territory.

Organizational and Strategic Area in collaboration with Ownership or Executives:
analyzing and coordinating the management of Human Resources (analysis of the organizational structure
and business climate, conflict prevention and management, evaluation of skills, setting and management of
schedules, management of employee relations through an approach aimed at listening, involvement and
direction of employees by leveraging leadership skills);
management of budgets, personnel costs and compensation policies;
management of labor relations and second-level bargaining;
coordination of corporate institutional relations (with territorial public bodies, external consultants, legal and
labor consulting firms, staffing agencies, etc.).

Personnel Management Area:
organizational analysis and definition of personnel needs;
management of services by enhancing the skills and aptitudes of employees;
analysis, planning and organization of training;
scheduling and time management of all staff;
staff search and selection independently and in collaboration with external agencies.

Administrative Area:
contract drafting, mandatory communications and administrative practices related to labor relations;
data processing for payroll.
People I have worked with have recognized me as having natural leadership and teamwork skills, reliability, ability
to analyze quickly to handle issues that arise, high level of dedication.
