personal events. I converted all events to ET time zone and organized the weekly calendar in Google Calendar. The
result was a clear schedule thet helped the client stay organized for the week.

I manage the daily emails of the CEO of NovaLink Digital by filtering incoming emails based on urgency and
priority, directing them to the appropriate internal teams, and responding to emails. I organize these emails in
Gmail and track urgency reports in spreadsheets. This results in clear communication that helps the client stay
organized with their daily incoming emails.

file management, other admin tasks. I do weekly task tracking to minimize missed tasks, follow up and update on
ClickUp or Trello. The result was a smooth workflow thet helped the operations stay organized for the week.

for internal and external teams. I develop email reply templates to aid collaboration and arrange letters using Microsoft
