I’m Niño Rey Nesperos, a customer service–oriented professional with experience in
both technical and administrative roles. I started my career as a field technician, where I
developed strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Later, I transitioned into
service administration and advisory roles in the automotive industry, handling customer
bookings, service documentation, and after-sales support. I’ve also worked as an office
administrator in a printing and marketing company, managing records, client
coordination, and operations support.
I’m known for being organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented. I enjoy helping customers
by providing accurate information, timely solutions, and ensuring their overall
satisfaction. My technical background and communication skills allow me to bridge the
