Are you okay with living a mediocre life? Are you content staying in your
comfort zone and stumping your growth? Would you like to wake up 10 years
from now filled with regret for the chances you didn’t take? No, right?
Then it’s time to make a change, I’m writing this for me as much as I am for
you, it’s time to change our mindset, it’s time to change our habits, it’s time to
change our beliefs and it’s time to change our lives because we deserve to
live in happiness and abundance.
Here are 4 ways to break through your comfort zone, become limitless
and pursue your God-given dreams:
Educate yourself
As humans we imagine the worst case scenarios of what could happen if we
dared to step out of our comfort zone.
So one way to break through your comfort zone is to get information, talk to
people, search the internet, read some books, get your hands on anything that
can educate you on that thing you’re scared to but need to do. The more you
know something the more confident you’ll feel.

Put yourself in a new
environment
As someone who’s suffered from social anxiety, I know that for some of you
just putting yourself in a new environment is getting out of your comfort zone
in itself but when I moved to Thailand all alone, I had no choice but to be
brave and it really helped me to continuously get out of my comfort zone. A
new environment can give you new perspective, try it.
Give up control.
This is my favorite way because it has helped me so many times. When you
give up control and trust God to take over and work through you then
everything changes because it’s so easy to doubt yourself, you’re human and
find yourself royally messing things up very very often but God can’t fail, he
has supernatural abilities and you just need to have enough faith to believe
that he will show up for you and I can guarantee that he will.
I know that all of this is easier said than done, I still struggle sometimes but I
also know that your life could end up being so limited and you deserve better
than that, you need to learn and you need to grow because great things never
come from comfort zones.
