History and brand of service
N HOTEL opened its doors to the public on March 12, 2011. It is owned and operated by Bonne
Business Corporation, a local company based in Cagayan de Oro, whose business interest was focused
mainly on real estate development.
Its relative growth and success may be attributed to its strong commitment to high quality service
standards. All the staff are expected to live out the company’s service philosophy as they carry out
their duties and responsibilities. Close coordination between and among departments is done
regardless of the simplicity or complexity of a booking.
N HOTEL conducts business in a way that suits its clientele, with enough flexibility to accommodate its
customers' expectations without sacrificing quality of service and revenue.
After years in operation with a workforce of about 120 staff composed of regular employees and
contracted associates, all hired locally, N HOTEL has emerged to be the industry leader in the region.
N HOTEL is indeed a home-grown, local outfit that has proven to the community where it operates
and to the world that size is not a key ingredient to success.

all company policies, guidelines, systems and

N Hotel takes care of its employees as well as it takes
care of its customers. Backroom departments primarily
exist as support units to front line staff.
All these are achieved in an atmosphere of consultation
between staff and management, with the goals of
achieving plans and programs for the mutual benefit of
everyone involved.

Special occasions can be celebrated with us at
our function rooms. These are perfect for
social events, debut, weddings, and business
meetings.
Relaxation is a must. Our outdoor pool may
serve as the brief calm you require. The
outdoor Pool is open from 8:00AM to 8:00PM
on a daily basis.
Stay fit while you stay with us! Our gym is now
open exclusively for registered guests from
6:00AM to 9:00PM, Monday to Sunday.
All-day dining restaurant, Bon Cafe provides
hearty and tasty meals and snacks for guests
and walk-in customers. Dine at Al Fresco or
in the cool comfort of the restaurant.

SUPERIOR ROOM
Our Superior Room features two (2) beds,
one (1) single bed and one (1) double-sized
bed, perfect for guests seeking comfort and
convenience. The room is adorned with
warm, neutral tones and windows that
allow natural light to fill the space.
DELUXE ROOM
Our Deluxe Room features two (2) beds,
one (1) single bed and one (1) double-sized
bed, and a private balcony with outdoor
seating and garden view. The room has a
modern, cozy feel with neutral tones and
simple, elegant decor.
JUNIOR SUITE
Our Junior Suite offers a spacious, cozy setting
with a private balcony. It includes a stylish
bedroom with a plush, tufted headboard, a
comfortable seating area with a sofa bed, and a
dining area. Soft, warm lighting and tasteful
decor create an inviting ambiance, perfect for a
relaxing stay.
FAMILY ROOM
Our Family Room is spacious and designed
to accommodate larger groups, featuring
multiple beds arranged for comfort and
convenience.

Tourism.
PhilGEPS registered with PLATINUM Certification.
Passed the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW; from faucet, deep well,
and swimming pool) as certified by the Environmental Health Laboratory Service Cooperative.
Fire Safety Inspection Certificate issued by the Bureau of Fire Protection certifying that N HOTEL
has substantially complied with the fire safety and fire protection requirements of the Fire Code
of the Philippines.
