A REAL ESTATE COMPANY
CHALLENGE
The company is a real estate company located in Dubai. They are bothered with creating excellent
creatives and good ad copies to drive the interest of users.
SOLUTION
I initially reviewed their past efforts in social media marketing to figure out their strengths and
weaknesses. Afterwards, I came up with an excellent strategy that involved: creating eyecatching graphics designs to immediately attract users; writing top-rated ad copies to build users’
trust and boost conversion; and pro-actively checking the analytics to know what exactly is going
on and changing strategy if need be.
RESULT
I achieved a 36.9% increase in new followers on LinkedIn compared to the time before I joined
them, followed by an increase in brand awareness by having a 1450% increase in reposts on
LinkedIn alone.
I also grew brand awareness on Instagram by reaching 754 accounts organically during my stay.

A LOAN COMPANY
CHALLENGE
The company is in the loan business. They have many loan apps where users can apply for loans.
The client contacted me to post content on their social media pages, write ad copy, review and
correct mistakes made by other digital marketers.
SOLUTION
I created a posting schedule to enable us to post regularly to the company social media pages and
at the appropriate time. I used different graphics packages (Canva, Photoshop, GIMP) and video
editing software (ShotCut, Adobe Premier Pro) to create amazing content that will engage
customers.
RESULT
I increased the Facebook Page Reach to 2,819 (309.1% increment), Instagram Page Reach to 1,058
(701.5% increment), Facebook Page Visits to 8,761 (426.8% increment), Instagram Profile Visits
to 2,186 (498.9% increment), Facebook Page Likes to 583 (288.7% increment), and Instagram
Followers to 223 (100% increment). I also wrote and reviewed ad copy that compelled users to
download the company's apps.

CHALLENGE
The client has a mobile (Android) application developed for pre-university students to practice
with so as to ensure they have a greater chance of being admitted to the university remediation
program. He wants the application to reach the target audience so as to make enough profit to keep
the business going while keeping the business costs as low as possible.
SOLUTION
I conducted market research to know which social media platforms the target audience is most
active on. The result shows that they are most active on Facebook, so I created a Facebook page
for the mobile application. As part of the page management, I created a posting schedule to enable
me to post regularly to the page and at the appropriate time. To increase the page awareness, I ran
an initial campaign aimed primarily at the target audience. To further increase the credibility of
the page, I also posted to some Facebook groups in which our audience is actively communicating.
I also created Google Ads to capture our audience that are actively searching for the solution on
the Google search engine and Play Store.
RESULTS
I successfully grew the page followers to more than 1000 followers and also increased the
installation of the mobile application to more than 1000 on the Google Play Store. In addition, I
generated a lot of profits for the client. I also make sure the client does not spend money on ads
again because searching for "OAU pre degree past question" on the Play Store will now show the
app among the ones users will see first, thereby increasing the revenue organically. The Facebook
page of the application is now reaching more people organically.

CHALLENGE
Aceguud is a digital marketing agency that provides digital marketing services and web and mobile
app development services to clients. As a new company in a competitive industry, the company is
facing difficulties in securing customers and building awareness. Having known these, the
company reached out to me to build awareness and get paying customers for them.
SOLUTION
To start with, I did the market research and competitor analysis to better understand the business
landscape. Afterwards, I created a digital marketing strategy for the company that clearly stated
the actions to take to achieve the required goals. Then, I created a Facebook page, an Instagram
account, a Twitter account, and a LinkedIn account for the company. In addition, I set up a posting
schedule to enable me to post regularly and at the appropriate time. I also created a website for the
company to further increase its visibility to searchers and grow traffic organically. Leveraging
content marketing, I created a useful and evergreen blog post for the company, which I also shared
on the company social media accounts. To further speed up awareness and grow followers, I
launched Facebook and Instagram ads aimed at the company's target audience.
RESULTS
I obtained more than 1000 qualified leads for the company, of which 20% of them later became
paying customers for the company. Due to a lack of funds from the company, I was able only to
increase the Facebook page followers to close to 500 followers, Twitter followers to close to 50
followers and Instagram followers to close to 50 followers. I have also increased the Facebook
page reach by more than 150% and also increased the customers’ engagement rate on Instagram
and Twitter.

CHALLENGE
The company produces clothes and designs new clothing patterns. Since it is a startup company,
it needs customers to buy its products and raise awareness. I was approached to get customers for
them and to also build awareness for the company.
SOLUTION
After I completed the SWOT analysis of the company and the market research, I created a
Facebook Business Page, an Instagram account, and a WhatsApp business account for the
company. I created a posting schedule to enable me to post regularly to the page at the appropriate
time. To acquire qualified leads for the company, I ran a Facebook ad campaign that was set up to
enable customers to message the company directly via WhatsApp.
RESULT
I acquired more than 700 qualified leads for the company, of which 15% of them later became
paying customers for the company. I also increased the Facebook page followers to more than 700
followers organically and the Instagram followers to close to 100 followers. I have also increased
the Facebook page reach by more than 150% and also increased the customers’ engagement rate
on both Facebook and Instagram.
