Airebeam wanted to stand out and so, they wanted a solution that would help their customer service representatives assign particular tasks to their field technicians using a calendar. They wanted to make sure their field technicians were working on the task assigned and wanted a way for their technicians to report back to them. They wanted Codup to develop an app that would help them manage their field technicians. The Solution Using the PHP framework of Code Igniter, our expert team of developers took over the challenge and developed Airebeam Scheduler App. The app allowed their customer service representatives to assign tasks to their field technicians and set appointments using a single calendar. Our mobile responsive app allowed field technicians to view their assignments and appointments on their Scheduler App screen and share the status back to the customer service representative. The Result The result was twofold: a great app for Airebeam to manage their field technicians and a better customer service for Airebeam’s customers. Copyright @ codup 2020. All Rights Reserved Codup.io International Emmy – B2B ecommerce The Challenge The original website of International Emmy had many complexities and shortfalls. It needed a bunch of new features through which their members and potential members could easily navigate and apply and pay for membership subscriptions, entries and event tickets. The Solution To offer their partners a membership option, we used the Woo Commerce Subscription extension and installed the system in place. We built custom forms on their website which potential partners could submit to apply for their membership. These membership forms are then reviewed quarterly and approved by the board. After approval, the member or director who has applied for membership is charged annually through Woo Commerce Subscriptions. Codup also created a single sign-on functionality through which users could log in on their partner sites using Emmy’s credentials. The Result The result was a new and overhauled website for International Emmy that includes a bunch of new and useful features that are helpful for their potential members and existing members to navigate through the website and perform different tasks like membership subscriptions, paying for entries and buying tickets for events. All Rights Reserved Codup.io PGH Fresh Website PGH Fresh – Word press ecommerce The Challenge Pittsburgh Fresh reached out to Codup for help with building an ecommerce site where their customers could place their orders online and even subscribe to a weekly delivery service. Pittsburgh Fresh was looking for a website that delivered good user experience and displayed information well. The Solution Our team of developers took over the challenge and built the website from scratch. Using Word Press and Woo Commerce, we created a design that was both attractive and easy to use. Our client wanted us to display nutritional value along with every meal product. To fulfill their requirement, we created some custom fields that allowed them to display nutritional value of every meal. Using Woo Commerce Subscription Extension, we set up weekly subscriptions through which users could subscribe for the meal delivery service on a weekly basis. We also used Woo Commerce Rewards and Points Extension to install a system that rewarded points to customers on every purchase. We also did some custom work to integrate Woo Commerce Subscriptions and Rewards so that the client could decide to carry forward a particular portion of reward points on the renewal of a subscription. The Result The result was a beautiful, feature-rich ecommerce site that allowed Pittsburgh Fresh to sell their products in a seamless way and also retain its customers through its rewards system.
