Sir, during that meeting you mentioned of your keen interest in my book "NYSC With Purpose" -Making the Most of Your Service Year. The book is a project designed to empower final-year students preparing for NYSC and NYSC corps members, helping them navigate and maximize their service year for lasting impact, directly contributing to national development and helping them unlock their potentials. Honourable Minister Sir, the book shares my journey, highlighting how I utilized my NYSC year to initiate a community development service project that set up a library in Otukpo prison. This project has since evolved into a non-profit organization that empowers inmates to discover, develop, and deploy their potential towards productive post-prison lives. Sir, as you know, the NYSC scheme engages around 400,000 corps members annually. By partnering with The Ministry of State Youth Development we can ensure that every corps member has access to the book and lecture in line with the book during orientation camp, guiding them toward entrepreneurship, community development service, leadership, and a productive post-NYSC life. es about 600,000 graduates. Private Sponsorship Private organizations through their corporate social responsibility can sponsor this book project in direct contribution to youth and social development. A United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural program that work with corps members while in orientation Organization (UNESCO) camp giving them a book on successful business by Nigerians World Bank and lectures on entrepreneurship. Leveraging on this UNICEF (United Nations International Children's Emergency structure with Ministry of Finance we can introduce "NYSC Fund) With Purpose" book project to corps members during their Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation orientation camp.
