Work Plan for Vocational Training at Kuje Correctional Centre March 2024 - December 2024 Objective To provide comprehensive vocational training to inmates at Kuje Correctional Centre, enhancing their employability and facilitating their reintegration into society. It will investigate why there is a gap between them with a view to identifying and understanding the root cause of negative emotions and subsequent negative actions. It will further investigate the concept of freedom and personal liberty; and the power that may have been ceded to the law of life to further imprison in fear and failure. In specifics, it explores each person’s situations and suggests possible responses, with a view to initiating the right actions that would produce the desired results. At the end of the session each learner should be well armed to arrive at a personalized resolve that would serve as foundation for their new beginning. The objective of this session is to show that the powers to change things are in ideas and it can be free. The objective of this session is to bring clarity to matters of direction in life, as well as focus attention on exploring what is already available to get what is yet to be available. It investigates what makes work remarkable in all its different forms. It further explores value, the measure of it, the responsibility that comes with it, and the rewards from it. Furthermore, it investigates the source of fortunes [spiritual and temporal], the enterprise of opportunities, the response of the fortunate and the power to effect sustainable change in situations and cultures.
