Assignment: What factors might have contributed in reduced traffic on the site and how can you contribute in bringing it back? Factors according to me which might have contributed in the dip  The list of topics seems specific to a certain section of the audience. More generic topics which can attract a wider audience can be reflected on.  Categories can be increased. For instance, under “Entertainment” we can have the following categories: 1. Movies and TV 2. Music 3. Pop Culture 4. Art  Some of the write-ups that I went through include, sentences that use too much of passive voice and are lengthy. Quality of the content can be enhanced and made more SEO friendly.  The appearance of the site can be enhanced to make it more appealing to the eye.  Consistency should be emphasized. Some articles have subheadings numbered 1-10 from top to down. Others have 10-1. There are some unnecessary gaps in some articles which again deteriorates the visual appeal.  A good introduction is highly important. It follows the rule- ‘Judging the book by its cover’. If the introduction is not good enough then the readers won’t bother going through other content of the article. Some articles are even missing it and directly starting from- ‘Given below is the list...’  Proper proofreading has to come into action. There are grammatical mistakes in some of the sentences. Some even lack spacing between words. Some are too simple and straightforward in tone. More focus is required on the vocabulary part.  Formatting part can be enhanced by writing all the headlines in h-2 format, for instance. My Strategies  I can deliver quality content that is crisp and to the point in diverse areas- health, entertainment, technology, lifestyle, bizarre etc.  I am proficient in content creation and curation. Thus I can come up with articles that are innovative and grab the attention of the readers.  I can come up with a unique list of topics that offers variety and leaves an indelible impact on the readers' mind.  I have expertise in Wordpress and SEO management. Thus can deliver articles that are effective and can help in increasing traffic.  I am good at editing and proofreading that can ensure that the final content is devoid of any grammatical mistake, is well presented and purely original.
