Brand Guidelines
The idea behind my brand is that we want to be able to
create sleek designs for a sophisticated customer. We
want to be able to provide companies with a company
that will be working hard to be able to provide them
with the best work money can buy.
Within Monique Lynette Designs there will be an element
of creativity that will work well with a lot of brands. We
will provide a professional service for a reasonable price.
Our goal is to be able to reach global status, gathering
clients from all over the world. We would also love to
be able to reach an audience that not only needs a
logo design but also being able to design packaging,
stationary and advertisements for companies.
Also being able to have employees that live all over the
globe, would be something that the Monique Lynette
Designs would love to be able to work towards.
This logo is to be show as above on the correct colours. There is
to only be a black background on certain parts, this needs to be
the only dark colour used as a background. There should be the
purple colour used for the rest of the logo designs. I want to have
majority of the backgrounds to be the pink shade or pure white.

This secondary logo is to be used when the client is wanting
to have a smaller square shape version of the logo. It is to
be used for small elements of representing the compary
and is not to be used when placing it onto large spaces.

This typeface was used within the
Monique Lynette aspect of the
Logo. This was also used within the
ML in the smaller block logo. This is
because it was great to be able to
have a font that was readable, and
would be very sophisticated.
Caflisch Script Pro was used
because the designer wanted to
have a thin font that would work
well to go under the main body of
the logo. This is a supporting font
thus it needed to be something that
was similar but not the exact same
weight or style as the main body.

logo are downloaded from Adobe Fonts.

secondary logo. This allows for you
to be able to know where the best
place is to have the different logo
designs.

For the inspiration that was undertaken, there was
research done behind some elegant and sophisticated
designs.
I want to have a brand that is known for its delecate
designs and femine touch. This means that I want to have
different designs that work well within these examples. I
want this brand to be doing designs that work really well
together along with the simplisity of the designs.
Finally analysing different colour palettes within Adobe
Colour. Starting with the pink shade, which was discovered
because the client wanted a colour that wasn’t a white
but was light enough to go on a black background, thus a
pink shade. From there the other colours was discovered
by working across to decipher what colours would work
well with the pink shade. Furthermore wanting a shade
that was a dark one but not black was a nessessity so this
meant experimenting with different pink-black shades.
