Our Indian Authors know this too well and when they write a romantic novel, they get into our heart and soul. Author: Durjoy Datta, Published in 2012

Written on the backdrops of a hospital, one of the best novels by Durjoy Datta, it explores the journey of two patients in the same room, 25 year old life hating Dushyant Roy, a drug-alcoholic with organ failure and 19 year old medical student charming Pihu who is destined to die due to fatal disease. This not so lovey dovey story tells the tale of their friendship, finding true love (not with each other), rethinking their lives and story of their two doctors who will do anything to save them.
