MIRRAN JULIA
STRYDOM--
Dear Hiring Manager,
I'm reaching out to express my genuine interest in the Virtual Assistant position at your company.
With over two years of experience as an Office Administrator & Virtual Assistant, I've grown to love
the daily dose of variety that comes with the job. I'm not your run-of-the-mill assistant—I'm reliable,
self-driven, and really good at what I do because I enjoy it so much!
As a virtual assistant, I've worn many hats: schedule wrangler, file organizer, research enthusiast,
content creator, and correspondence wizard. I've danced my way through the virtual world using
tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and a bunch of others. The result? High-quality
work delivered on time.
Beyond my work experience, I've got a high school diploma from the American Council on
Education (GED). In addition to that - I've collected a few useful certifications along the way, from
Advanced CPR and First Aid Level 1 to CAD, Computer Skills, Social Psychology, and Child
Psychology. I'm like a sponge when it comes to learning new skills and technologies that can make
me an even better virtual assistant.
I've been taking a look at your company and I really like the looks of your mission, vision, values,
products, services, and goals. I feel like I'd be a great fit for your culture and that I share your vision
of delivering top-notch service to your customers. I'm excited at the prospect of using my skills to
contribute to your success.
I'm ready to chat whenever you are. Interviews, start dates—I'm flexible and raring to go. You can
contact me via my email address-so that we can chat about the finer
details.
Thanks so much for taking the time to read my letter. I'm looking forward to the possibility of joining
your team.
Best regards,
Mirran Strydom
