Mirko Videkanic

November 23th, 2018 Belgrade It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Mirko Videkanic, who was an employee in Executive Group, leading integrated communications agency in Serbia, during October 2016 – October 2018, at the position of: Digital Account Assistant, followed by position of Digital Account Executive subject to his promotion. This position implies work in Agency’s digital department, serving Clients – top domestic and international companies and brands – with the consultancy and execution of digital communication services: social media, digital marketing, digital production and relevant complementary services. During his 2-years engagement with Executive Group, Mirko served following Clients: Vip mobile (member of Telekom Austria Group), Philip Morris, Carlsberg Serbia (Tuborg, Carlsberg Serbia, Carlsberg Corporate, Budweiser Budvar, Guinness, Grimbergen, House of beer, Somersby), LG Electronics, NIS Gazprom, CocaCola, McDonalds, iPay, Galenika, Addiko Bank, Somboled (Dukat, Galbani, President), Loreal, Arriva. Main tasks Mirko has been in charge were: planning of digital communications activities, strategy creation, content creation, execution across various digital communication channels, community management for Clients’ social media profiles, reporting to Clients, management of audio/photo/video production subcontractors and digital design team. He has showed excellent versatility in channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, but also good knowledge of other platforms as well. At the Assistant position, Mirko worked on a fast-track of gaining knowledge with some of our best digital experts, advancing on to the Account Executive position in short time, upon showing great results and potential. At the AE position, he gained great experience in operational work with the digital channels and clients, but has also undergone many managerial tasks, independent project management and work on transferring knowledge to the less experienced colleagues. Mirko was directly reporting to either Account Managers or sometimes Account Directors for his work, and many of his superiors were constantly marking his results as of good quality and in constant improvement. We were happy to have Mirko in our team, as he showed great dedication, ability to learn fast, natural understanding and orientation towards digital communication, great Client management, and above all excellent and over-the-top devotion and working ethics.
