CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT AMIGA CAR FOR RENT Samal, IGaCoS- This agreement is made and entered in this day of 14th of March 2019, between ARGIE INSO of Limao, Samal District, IGaCoS, the owner and _________________________, of ___________________________, the renter. The vehicle which the Owner hereby agrees to rent for SELF DRIVE is TOYOTA AVANZA J with plate number NAO 689 Color Champagne and having passenger capacity of seven (7). The Owner represents that to the best of his knowledge and belief that the said vehicle is in sound and safe condition and free of any known faults or defects which would affect its safe operation under normal use. The Owner agrees to rent the above –described vehicle to the Renter for a period of eight days beginning at 12:00 in the afternoon on March 14, 2019 and ending at 4:00 PM on March 22, 2019. The Renter agrees that the rented vehicle shall not be used to (1) carry passenger or property for hire; (2) carry passengers in excess of the capacity thereof; (3) push, propel or two another vehicle; (4) car racing or competition; ( 5) illegal purposes; (6) in negligent manner; (7) be operated by any other person. The renter is responsible to maintain oil and water levels in vehicle engine.
