About Me
Hi, I'm Minah Rose Pineda, an aspiring Freight Virtual Assistant who recently completed
an intensive 3-day freight training with Freight Courses 101.
I'm new to the freight industry, but not new to hard work. I've developed strong
administrative, communication, and customer service skills from my previous roles, and
now I'm transitioning into freight and logistics so I can support brokers, dispatchers, and
logistics teams remotely.
My goal is simple: to be the reliable back-end support you can trust for your day-today freight tasks whether that's quoting, data entry, tracking shipments, or updating
your customers. I understand that trust is earned through consistent performance.
While my freight experience is based on training rather than years in the field, I'm
committed to learning your processes, following your SOPs precisely, and growing
alongside your business. I bring fresh energy, attention to detail, and a genuine
eagerness to master the freight
industry.
Freight Training & Tools I've Used
I participated in a three-day live Freight Training session hosted by FreightCourses101, where I was exposed to authentic tools and concepts utilized in U.S. freight operations.
This comprehensive training provided hands-on experience with the carrier platforms, terminology, and processes that freight professionals use daily.

While my experience is based on training and practice scenarios, I'm eager to apply these skills in real operations under your guidance. I
understand there's a difference between classroom learning and real-world freight challenges, and I'm ready to bridge that gap with your
mentorship.
How I Can Support Your Freight Operations
