speak, talk our listener or audience like an old friend, don't sounds scripted, do a
guideline, and tell something that it's not boring maybe you can use your own
experienced that related to the topic.

Understand your fears -
before the presentation, just relax, try to watch funny
movies so that your mood is good enough to speak well, and before it will start the
day after this, try to practice exactly the same thing that you did so that you are
able to familiarize in the ambiance.

Being aware of your breath gives you control of your nerves. "Deep
breathing before and during your presentation or pitch calms your nerves and adds
power and strength to your voice, "it also keeps your voice centered and prevents
dangerous up talk which undermines your credibility and confidence."

"People usually sense the personality, and it becomes apparent
that the speaker is acting by trying to be someone else. There is no harm in
researching other speaker styles, but a speaker needs to develop a style distinct to

6. Be patience to yourself-
in speaking you need more patience and effort to
hone your skills, the best way of practice is trying to talk yourself in front of a
mirror, your gesture, body language, you need S-E-X in speaking,
