As you can tell from my CV, I have been in Administrative roles for almost 10 years now. I have always
wanted to work as a Freelancer, but as a result of great opportunities along the way, I have managed to
work in other different fields such as Hotel and Hospitality Industry and BPO company.
Management Consulting Industry
In my most recent role as Administrator for Workingin International Resources LTD, I was involved in
Preparing Arrival Docs, Updating and uploading into the Database of the company also I'm facilitating an
assessments and documenting the results and emailed to the company.
BPO Company – Non-voice Account
Being a Personal Assistants, I was involved in Reminding the manager of important tasts and deadlines,
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, Managing Database and
filing systems, Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems, Liaising with staff,
suppliers and clients and Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
Hospitality/ Hotel Industry
As for Hotel and Hospitality industry I was providing a customer service for Food and Beverages Dept
with high standard of Operating Procedure and given the chance to grow in my career I was promoted
as Event Coordinator wherein I'm working with clients to identify their needs and ensure satisfaction,
planning the events, determining the cost, arranging event services and monitoring the client approval.
