Because of holiday seasons, we all have those evenings when we go a little too hard. You had a few too many activities, foods, and drinks. Because of that overindulgent week, you may feel bloated, tired and even more than a little groggy. All you want to do is go back to bed and sleep all day. You don't want to move because you feel tired and you feel drained. Just because you overindulged over the weekend does not mean that you have to restrict or starve yourself this week to get back on track.Instead of heading back to bed, mix up a delicious and energizing juice. This juice recipe can bounce back your energy and to get back on track.
