Good Morning,
We do allow free exchanges if you would like to get a different color. You will just need to send us your sand back un-opened and we will be able to swap it for any color you would like.
The quartz does have a purple under-tone so I believe you got the right color but, if it was not what you were looking for then you can exchange it.
Normally we require the sand to be send back here and us receive it but, if you ship the sand back to us and send us the tracking info, I will not wait for it to arrive before sending the new one in order for you to get it by Saturday. We will just need the color you would like to exchange it for.

Just taking a look at your tracking information I see it was delivered at your front porch.If it is not located there you will initially need to contact your local post office to see if they have any more detail on your package being delivered.
If they have the same information, contact us again and we will be more than happy to work with you on a possible replacement.
