Competing with other 16 Arena Animation
institutes in Kolkata was not an easy task.
Here, I have applied the Facebook Lead
generation funnel and different lead
magnets to generate Quality leads at the
right price.
Promoting 'FREE seminars', 'Workshops'
and 'Certificate of Participation' drove
winning leads.

study in IIT Kharagpur, and they
were not our TG.
After a few test ads, I figured

Believe it or not, but the ROAS for this client is always between 20x to 30x.
Their Make-up services range from Rs.8,000 to Rs.22,000. The majority of the leads were
generated for Bridal and Reception Make-up services.
Testing a group of different interest was very helpful. I have generated a different custom
audience for better results and excluded them in the next campaign according to the
strategy.

Just like other businesses, this business was also affected due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
We planned to launch a few online workshops related to professional Make-up and Hairstyling which
was priced at Rs.699, Rs.799 & Rs.1,299 for 2 days.
We tried both the national level and state level ad targeting campaigns.
After running a few test campaigns, we discovered and excluded few locations, interest,
demographics and custom audiences for better results.
This one is my personal favourite.

I ran a different campaign for BRAND AWARENESS, PAGE LIKES, for HOMEMAKER onboarding, for DELIVERY BOY on-boarding and selling their products (Homemade food &
Groceries).
Here, the WhatsApp message campaign drove amazing results, while messenger marketing
also worked like a charm.

Rups Makeover is one of the leading Make-up service providers and learning academy in
West Bengal.
They asked me to drive leads for the Bridal Makeup service and people interested in learning
Professional Make-up in their area.
Unlike the other 2 brands I have worked for in the same niche, this one was a little more
challenging because of the area they were willing to target. But the Lead Generation funnel
worked.

You can't drive results just by focusing on 'WHAT TO DO?'.
