We conducted a CIP (Continuous Improvement
Process) session to drive positive change, optimize
operations, and create a culture of ongoing learning
and development within our organization. We
encourage each participant to think creatively and
propose new solutions to existing problems.
Halloween Event
November 2022
It was a yearly event per department to
showcase creativity, costume dress-up,
and trick or treating family members of
employees. In this particular year, our
team achieved first place for both team
design and costume.
