Vine,
“The Church devoted themselves to the teaching, fellowship, the breaking of bread and prayers…. Awe came upon everyone because
many wonders were being done by the [Church]…And day by day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved”
— Acts 2;42-47
Dear Friends,
The verses above, speak of the wonderful outcome that came from what the early church was doing wherever they were. They give us a
simple blueprint for sustaining what it means to be the church, and how that can empower outreach to others around us.
Teaching refers to all the ways we are providing for spiritual formation in our church, and how that equips us to live our faith wherever we
are. Fellowship is about all the ways that we demonstrate the unity that embraces our diversity, and the ways we support and care for each
other in our congregation, in response to God’s love. Salvation is about all the ways people‘s spiritual and temporal needs are met in our
mission and outreach initiatives. Our prayers ground us in the reality that we always rely on a power greater than our own to accomplish
these callings for being the Church, and doing its work.
When we review all that our church is doing toward these ends, we can see that the Spirit is at work in so many ways among us, and
through us. Moving forward, we are on the verge of writing the next chapter of TPC’s history. Now, we are being given a timely opportunity
to ask ourselves How will I be part of the next chapter? How will I support the ministries of our congregation during this coming year? This
is a call to prayerfully consider how you will participate in the “many wonders that will be done” in and through our church in 2020!

Trinity Presbyterian Church welcomes you just
as you are!
Jesus Christ instructed his disciples to care for
one another. Trinity’s members care for each
other in times of sickness, grief and joy. Our
Deacons and specially trained visitors to our
homebound members are examples of those
caring for all within our Christian community.
We follow Christ’s charge whether we are
sharing coffee and cookies after worship or
lending an ear or shoulder to one another.
The worship of God at Trinity through small
groups, musical worship and Sunday communal worship is at the core of our Christian
faith. Worship clarifies God’s voice and the call
to “bear fruit” in our daily lives. Our Nursery
care and Children’s Church programs allow
our youngest ones to experience God’s love
for them.
Spiritual Formation.......... $89,285.45*
Young and old, as we move along our personal
faith journeys, we crave continual spiritual
growth, with God and Jesus Christ as our
models. Trinity’s spiritual education opportunities, based on scripture, prayer and fellowship,
help to strengthen our faith formation. Our
members place a high value on these opportunities for adult Bible and book studies as well
as Sunday School for children and youth.
Mission & Outreach........... $70,676.25*
We are called to be God’s hands and feet,
sharing our bounty with the poor in spirit, the
hungry and those lacking life’s necessities.
Trinity members participate in many “hands-on”
missions such as the FISH program for housing
situationally homeless families, Mission Trips,
Rise Against Hunger, assisting Elijah’s Promise
and the CUP food pantry. With generous financial support, we can increase our outreach in
the local, national and worldwide community.

Trinity warmly welcomes all who pass through our doors.
With your financial gifts, we can keep those doors open.
