The Reason Why You Get my Book
One morning as I start srcibbling, my mobile beside me tumutunog, I don’t want
to get it coz you know nag-seset talaga ako ng time for Facebooking to avoid
distraction, but my brain told me sige na Malou cheak muna saglit yong messenger
mo.
And it goes…
Hi!
Mag 4 years na po akong OFW pero wala pa rin akong ipon hyass…
Here’s another message.
I know their feelings, because I had been an OFW and I personally experienced these
kind of
struggle.
I started from zero, with no savings and no investment, only I know is to work hard wait
my
salary at the end of the month, send in the Philippines, and whatever was left is I spend
as a reward to myself.
I get rid out of this struggle.
I look for mentor to help me on my financial problem.
I start to save a portion on my income.
Hey… my income is not that big, but I was able to send money to my family back home,
and able to set aside of my emergency fund and long-term savings.
Financial wealth is first to establish to enjoy life, to be with your Family.
That’s I want it for you.
I believe financial wealth is not acquire of how big is your income, but it’s measure
on how much you save. Could you believe that I start in a penny, when I start save my
money in a cooperative? Yeah, it’s true, and if I can you can do it too.

You’re Biggest Challenge When It comes to saving…
“I have to admit I am a big spender. In just 2 years I buy my SUV. It’s hard being an
OFW & sometimes shopping is one way to let go of your frustrations/loneliness during
your duty.”
“Like most OFWs, our dream was to have our own house so we borrowed the
equivalent of PhP1,000,000.00. We sent the money for the house to my father-in-law
who managed the construction. We have spent almost PhP700,000.00 now but it is
still unfinished (no ceiling and tiles yet, but you can already live in it). The rest of the
money went to relatives for utang and help. Last January, our company announced
that it would discontinue our housing allowance due to company cost-cutting
measures. We were caught off guard as we didn’t have enough budget for this”.
“Nandiyan pa yung gastusin ng magulang, mga kapatid and kanilang pamilya,
minsan yung mga anak at kanilang pamilya, yung pinsan, yung buong kalbaryo...
Pag di ka nagbigay sa hiling nila, ikaw pa masama”.
There is a bunch of other challenges, but those are the recurring
themes.
It’s not surprising to hear some of the common mistakes like big spender, borrowing
money big expenses, and many more.
Saving a penny is a struggle to most people, when in fact, it doesn’t have to be. You can
save 33 pesos daily, in one month how much it is?
In a couple of days I’ll show you how to get over this common saving problem.
Heavy borrowings and a lack of saving habit have been blamed for the financial
problems the Filipinos are facing in the country and abroad.
All of which can be addressed with the proper financial foundation.
But here’s the caveat….
•
If you don’t want to invest on yourself about Financial Literacy, read financial

books and blogs so you’ll be guided to learn tips and ideas on how to manage
your finances.
If you are subject to shopaholic and compulsive shopping whatsoever, and you
believe that buying gadgets or high end material is a reward to yourself after a
long month of working.
If you want to save money but without any effort to change your mindset, and to
take action in moving towards your financial goals.
I’m sorry I can’t help you…
I only know one proven way

It’s a damn question to ask yourself…
What if I don’t take the Think Rich & Smart eBook
What if I do?
.
.
.
In the moment—the here and now—we don't have the luxury of hindsight...
So in NLP there is a technique called future pacing, that can help...
It's where you mentally rehearse a future result.
But in this case the "future result" would be based on whether you invest, and you
take action (or not).
Let's say you don't...
... which is the easy scenario to play out. Because NOTHING will change, of course.
You’ll most likely continue to buy unwanted things which you think a reward to your
self.
The expenses are equivalent or much higher to your salary.
And continue the splurge lifestyle during your vacation, come to work and to dig again
with zero savings.
Nothing wrong with any of this… if you’re happy with your current results..
But…
The more interesting scenario to "future pace" is what if you do You buy my
Ebook.
It’s only 155.00 pesos, so think of your just only buy one value meal in Jollibee…
You read it…
You take action on getting results…
You’re saving getting higher than your expenses.
You invest your money
You slowly get out of rat race, and begin appreciating the beauty of life
You’re happily a Balikbayan for good na or a Balikbayan with no worries on financial.
That’s what you want yeah…
The Think Rich & Smart OFW! eBook is only 155.00 pesos. It’s loaded with tips &
