As a dedicated General Accountant with 12 years of
experience in accounting or bookkeeping for
different types of industry especially BPO, SharedServices and Multinational companies.
I’m a double major business graduate with a master’s degree. I have 12 years of experience in
general accounting from various organizations and multinational companies. I have in-depth
knowledge in general accounting processes particularly in Bookkeeping, General Ledger,
Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation (US,UK & Canada), Auditing,
Quality Assurance, Financial Planning, Risk Assessment, Inter-company transactions, Cost
Variance analysis, Net Asset Value, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll, and Human Resources as well
as with in-depth knowledge with IFRS, GAAP approach and SOX.
I am pro using accounting software like SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Quickbooks, Xero, Zoho, Wave,
Sage, Blackline, AssureNet, MYOB and Peachtree.
My career not just only focusing on the business side, I am also a teacher in Thailand and
currently pursuing my teaching education. I am teaching IGCSE physics, chemistry, and
mathematics for primary and secondary level under Thai-British Curriculum, as well as English
conversation for kindergarten both classroom and online gig. I’ve been working as a teacher for
almost 4 years and teaching is a passion. It requires great patience and effort to be able to teach
kids, adults, teenagers.
I am keen using Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet,
VBA, macros, and functions.
Aside from my career as an Accountant and a teacher, I have also worked part-time gig as
Business Development Manager in one of the digital marketing company in Australia. Then, I
gained a remote job as a virtual assistant, customer representative, email and cold caller and chat
live support, data entry and scraping, social media marketing, lead generation, dropshipping and
e-commerce support, product listing, product research, academic research, recruitment, graphics,
and some of web designing, proofreading and transcribing job.
With
this, I am well-versed on using Trello, Slack, Asana, Infusionsoft, Keynote,
Canva, Piktochart Airtable, and Prezi.
Lastly, other exciting skills as part of my personal growth and development I am currently learning
the Thai Language and pursuing my education degree.
I am a team-player individual who is passionate for whatever career I’m in. I can easily adopt new
skills as I am willing to learn new things. I have a good sense of business acumen, great
communication skills, good interpersonal skills and with a positive attitude in life. My leading

Currently, I live and work in Thailand as a Teacher, teaching for both
secondary and primary level. I teach physics, chemistry, mathematics as well
as English for the second language and English for the foreign language. I
had been working for almost 4 years now. Teaching is a passion. It requires

REMOTE JOBS
My role is to search for ideal candidates using LinkedIn profile. I am
responsible for building applicant sources by searching and contacting
candidates on LinkedIn and other recruitment tools. I am responsible for
attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, actively sourcing new
clients and building relationships with them for jobs to fill.
My role as administration and research manager is to design research studies
that meet the rigor of academic standards. Use appropriate and creative
methodologies to test hypotheses. Design questionnaires. Apply a range of
research techniques to gather relevant information, including document
analysis, surveys, case studies and interviews. Gather information directly or
liaise with and direct field interviewers to gather information. For admin task
oversee team task especially with high priority. Prepare, present and
disseminate results in academic journals. Produce research-based briefings,
advice and action plans. Handle customer support, listing, proofreading and
some transcribing task.

My role is to ensure that all transactions from online banking must be captured in
Quickbooks. Provide timely and accurate payment processing by processing
accounts payable checks semi-weekly. Develop and maintain reports and files on the
Accounts Payable processing. Input general ledger entries for account changes.
Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system. Prepare
IRS tax forms/returns. Prepare Financial Statement with commentaries and analysis.

My role is to documents financial transactions by entering account information. I
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarizes
current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit
and loss statement, and other reports. Prepares asset, liability, and capital
account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Substantiates
financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintains accounting controls by
preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Guides accounting
clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account
information. Accomplishes the result by performing the duty. Contributes to team
effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
