Description: I was hired full time by the large Camera manufacturing for 3 years. I was assigned in the Technical Department as Technical Support. I was given a tasks to monitor all lens checkers before shipment within 1 week and provide information about the checkers and send it to Japan. Information includes the name of the checker, item number, type of checker and its functions, diagram, wiring connection, and firmware version. I made monitoring of all lens checkers using an Excel Spreadsheet. Additionally, I link also the firmware version of the checker to eliminate the hassle for the technicians and engineers in finding the software of the checker. It is also accessible through a shared folder so that it is easy for them to access it whenever there are any updates to the firmware. Moreover, there is no need to send emails to Japanese Technical Engineers because they can access them through a shared folder. I have collected the data including the pictures of each checker and successfully completed the tasks in just 2 days .
