What is the data saying? If you don't have the data to support it, your heart is not in it, then you shouldn't be doing it. b. Look at you monetization efforts- Again, examine your business: How are you monetizing your business? What is your Heart saying about it? What is the data about it? Step 2 - Automate and Delegate only that which is essential Automating or delegating things that are not essential are a waste of money and time. These two things go together, automation and delegation. If, for example, your zone of genius is not in project management, or you're not much of a finisher, you probably need to delegate the automation. There is a temptation for people to just delegate tasks. Before doing so, you need to figure out if there are opportunities to automate. That's the way to get the most out of delegation. Step 3- Generate effort, free income - This can look different for different types of businesses. We like to focus on this with our clients.
