It has been highly noticed that there are recurring incidents of absenteeism before and/or after
a declared Holiday. Effective immediately, this will no longer be tolerated and as such, a
repeated incident of/and by any employee will not entitle the employee to a Holiday pay
hence, will be considered Absent with no pay status.
