There is discussion about decentralization in organization which will enhance the performance as it is correct because we know that many minds when work on issue they can find most feasible outcome. And the persons who are involved in work and doing by their own. They know all pros and cons in this work and how he can remove. So when people working without stress their mind clearly and openly accept issues with their not programmed solutions. Most of organizations sustainably growing in their sector, there are no culture and tradition related restrictions for employees to perform. They have to elaborate their expertise by their own interest and professional behavior in relevant working environment.
We know there are many theories for employee work and its work environment related. In which one of them is Theory X and Y by Douglas McGregor which elaborates the decentralized approach to maximize and provide comfortable environment for employees. So that they understand their responsibilities and perform their best services using skills, expertise and their core competences in all task to effectively and efficiently perform by risk management and reducing any issues that stops completion of projects. If top level managers interfere in all matters of operations and small issues then it will create complex and pressurized environment to work. In the comfortable environment which do not alter his cultural or traditional values in segment where company situated want their effective performance to enhance the revenues more quickly.
