Whoever said sleep and school could never
obviously has not been to a preschool class.
The opposite could not have been more true

The children watching "Mater and the Ghost Light"
As
an
activity
to
help
the children
explore
the
many things they could do with their families at
home, the class ended that week with a special
activity: a class pajama party
Each child had been awaiting this activity with
excitement for the entire week. The pajama
party was announced during the start of the
week and was prepared for with related class-
Pajama Party Friday started off with the children coming to school wearing a very unusual set
of clothes: pajamas. Throughout the week, the
children had been
about what kinds of pajamas each would be wearing that Friday. Even
the teachers came
prepared
to
join
in
on
the fun.
But what
room activities. In the case of the 4's & 5's, the
children decorated their own popcorn boxes for
the party.

pared with an answer to that through her popcorn
preparing activity. The children gathered around

popcorn cooking.
