Foolish Leopard is based on Jeremiah 13:23, and it is admonishing children not to get accustomed to doing wrong, because when it becomes habit or character, it may not be changed easily. The story tells of a leopard that didn't like what it looked like and sought earnestly to change things, but after futile efforts, it came to realize that it could not change its nature.
